Hi there! 😊 For those who don't know me yet, I'm Diana.
My passion for sweets began many years ago when I was looking for a stable job and ended up, by chance, working as a pastry assistant at a bakery in Bucharest. I was deeply impressed to discover the process of making creams (the natural ones, of course - no premixes here), sponge cakes, and other sweet delights.
I decided to develop my skills and completed a specialized course in pastry and confectionery.
Making cakes from classic recipes wasn't enough for me, so I experimented and adapted many elements to turn my desserts into something truly special. 💕
I followed my passion and managed to open my own small pastry workshop, Homemade by Dia, here in Buftea, where I create premium, always-fresh products made to order: custom cakes, delicious pastries, and candy bars for special events.
I'm thrilled to be part of your celebrations through my sweet creations, whether it's birthdays, family gatherings, weddings, christenings, or other special occasions.

Excellent quality! I ordered a custom cake from Diana which turned out beautifully, and the taste was extremely good and balanced. The quality of her products is very high and you can taste it. Diana listened to all my requirements and adapted them based on what I showed and told her, achieving a spectacular result. I even brought her a mini bicycle which she integrated perfectly into the decoration. 🥰
This is the second time we've ordered a cake from here - the first was mango, the second was the milk slice cake. We loved them both, and so did our guests. Personally, I prefer the milk one. Very fresh, natural ingredients, and I loved that the cakes and creams aren't overly sweet. They're just right. The price is fair for the quality - much lower than what you'd find in Bucharest.
I highly recommend, I'm a hard person to please but I'm very happy with the products. Dia made our civil wedding cake, it was exceptional, everyone was asking who made it because it was very fresh, just sweet enough, aromatic, with fresh ingredients. Also, the pastries, I have no words to tell you how good they are. The newest one, with beer... I have no words.
She has always surprised us with extraordinary sweets, made from natural ingredients. Excellent for celebrating family moments and surprising everyone. Positive feedback from all guests. Cakes: carrot cake and house signature cake. Plus a mix of pastries.
